Integration Atelier Circle - Music

In this circle, we use body-centered practices and explore music and sound. Music allows us to access layers of experience that are often beyond words, giving form to what lives in the body, emotions, and imagination. Through sound and resonance, we engage the body as an instrument, supporting integration not only through understanding but through felt experience. Listening and sounding together creates a shared field where individual processes can be held, mirrored, and gently transformed. In this way, music becomes a bridge between inner experience and collective presence, helping meaning to settle, move, and take shape.

Integration Atelier Circle is a guided space for integrating meaningful experiences — as well as the subtle textures of everyday life — through body-centered practices and expressive arts, such as drawing, sound, storytelling, movement, and ritual.
